Mission Location: Southerland and Gothenberg, NE

Description:
CAMB and CAMC deployed on disorganized cells moving NNE.  The cells initiated on the dryline in western NE and southward into KS.  The first deployment by CAMB was with DOW 6. Part of the V2 armada deployed on a squall line that moved through the greater Ogallala area.  Nothing interesting was observed visually.  Visibility was reduced by blowing dust.
The second deployment was in the Southerland area south of I80.  CAMB and CAMC both deployed on a cell moving NNE at 40-50 kts.  A weak mesocyclone was observed in Doppler radar.  Only weak rotation was observed visually with a slight lowering of cloud base (using some imagination).
The final deployment was on a cell that initiated even farther down the line.  It was intercepted in the vicinity of Gothenberg, NE.  CAMC had a nice view of the storm as it approached from the SW.  While they did not see anything of interest visually, both DOW 7 and NOXP detected a brief tornado-like circulation as the storm passed over I80.

HD video and DSLR imagery were collected by CAMB and CAMC.
